| | U2- Bullet the blue sky | ] | I came on the computer to start a take-home test but instead have elected to write in my journal. You all better appreciate this. Learn from my stupid stories that I have for you!
Valentine's is a holiday that bugs me. Not because it's kinda made up for the purpose of profits (If that bugs you, then why get excited about Christmas?)but something about that it's a day to show your significant other that you care. I mean, if I'm with someone, I'd like that person to think that I'm always caring about them and that I don't have to buy some fucking gift to prove it. It's not that I'm being cheap, I do love buying gifts for people who I feel would appreciate it, who already know that I care. In other words, my gift wouldn't change the way that person feels about me. Anyhoom, boo to Valentine's
There's this guy who I worked with at my old plant that I absolutely hated. He was very obnoxious and very pig-headed. In fact, I remember this one time he came to work with naked pictures of these girls he screwed on the weekend(True story). He really represented everything that I hate. Well anyhow, my luck would have it that he's moved over to my plant and best of all I work with him every day that I work for the next few months. Wish me luck.
There was this incredibly amazing squirrel fight at school the other day. This one squirrel went up on the vines along the wall of Memorial Hall, which apparently was some other squirrel's territory. So the other squirrel starts trippin' and a fight breaks out. It was really crazy watching the squirrels maneuver along the vines to prevent their painful fall. Don't worry, no squirrel was harmed, but I was seriously entertained.
(This next one was a while ago) Me: Hey Tina, your birthday must be coming up since we haven't celebrated it yet. Tina: It was back in February. Remember? You were there. Me:Oh And that's the story of why Tina hates me.
Miguel Roswell update: He's found a new home. One without mandatory beatings. And this also means we will be priviledged to more comics on his journal. Thanks for all the help that I didn't get to help him find a home.
The other day, I did the hucklebuck .... .... .... .... .... .... true story.
My mind was blown the other day when I was driving down Walker road and noticed that they were building a Chuck E. Cheese. HOLY F-BOMB! I am so having a party there and my childhood will be relived. There better be booze there like Boppers or how else will I find myself passed out in the ball room?
In class the other day, the girl I sit next to gave a well thought out answer to some question the teacher asked, to which I gave her a loud and obnoxious high five, like Borat. No one around me found it funny whatsoever. I was very pleased with my work.
Enough of this Peace out cub scouts! |

| | The Smiths- This night has opened my eyes | ] | In Christian Bale's movie "The Machinist", he slimmed down to a mear 120 pounds (His normal weight is about 185). How did he do it? For 3 weeks, his daily diet consisted of an apple, a can of tuna and a pack of cigarettes. Atkins Diet, my ass!
Monday night, I stayed up all night working on this damn paper because I was expecting to have today off but I got screwed over at work. Then I go to school on Tuesday only to find out that the damn paper isn't due for another month and a half. Ah well, at least I'm almost done it. But still, loss of sleep time.
Today at work, these two guys broke out into a major fist fight because the one guy thought the other guy stole his hot sauce. After beating the hell out the guy and losing his job, he figured out that he forgot to pack it in his lunch. I love my work!
After waiting about a freaking year, Chinh's wish came true. The Fresh Prince of Bel Air came out on DVD and there was much rejoicing. I think the only thing you need to a good relationship is a common love for Fresh Prince. Deffinitely not the Simpsons. I couldn't stand listening to my girlfriend quote stupid Simpsons lines all the time like I do.
My friend Mike Roslan and I had this conversation a long time ago about being a good samaritan. He made me feel real bad because I hardly ever go out of my way to help people in an emergency. So one night while driving home at around 4 am in a blizzard, the car in front of me wiped out. So thinking about what we discussed, I went and help the guy and felt a little better about myself. The same thing happen again a few weeks ago and decided to help the person again. This person, relieved that I had come to save the day, told me to go fuck myself cause he could take care of himself. Therefore, I'm resorting back to my selfish ways. Fuck people in need!
Speaking of Miguel Roswel, my buddy Mike is looking for an apartment or a room to rent. He is currently being locked up at the Menzies residence but Mike can't take too many more drunken beatings from Matt's dad. He's just not cut out for it like Matt. So, if anyone is renting out a room or something like that, let me know!
Got tickets to go see QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE!!!! Booyakasha! And it's at Saint Andrew's Hall. Can you ask for a better show?? No, no you can't. Actually, I'm reminded of the time I saw Mister Dressup perform at the Cleary. Tickle trunk and all. Now THAT was a show!
That's it for now! Peace out cub scouts! |

| | Keane- Somewhere Only We Know | ] | Alright,
So I go to Blockbuster today to find out there's no more late fees. This just simply blows my mind. I asked the girl at the cash register how the hell this works. So she says "Well, your movie that you're renting is due back next sunday, but if you want, you can keep it for another two weeks". I immediately become confused. How the hell is it a due date when I can keep the movie longer than that without penalty? So I ask this and she says "Well, if you keep the movie longer than two weeks after the due date, we assume you want to buy it and charge the movie to your account". OK, so Blockbuster feels they know what's in your best interest by telling you that you want to own the movie. So I ask "How the hell can you assume that?". She says, "Well, if you return the movie after 30 days from when we charge you for the movie, you can return it and remove the full payment for the movie but will be 1.50$ for 'stocking fee'" WOW! A whole 1.50$ And it's no longer a late fee, it's a "stocking fee". And who the hell is really this lazy that you're going to wait a whole 3 weeks to return some damn movie that takes you 2 hours to watch. And apparently you can do this with video games. In other words, keep a game for 2 weeks and beat it, then return it. Booyakasha Wagwam! I've never heard of a company being so generous!
This semester has been labeled "The semester of the Red Bull". As I'm going to need it to survive. I really tried to prevent school from taking away my social life, but after a year and a half, school won. Damn you! This semester will consist of Red Bull and Resident Evil 4 (Suprisingly good, but not the same way as the other RE games)
I've been getting updated lately about all the gossip from my old high school. Like who's pregnant, who's married, who's pregnant again....you know the usual. Apparently this one teacher slept with a student, for some reason this didn't suprise me and seemed to fall perfectly within my boundaries of expectations, or I just lack emotion.
Trying to learn to play bass since I got it for Christmas. I still don't know the cords cause I'm a lazy SOB (And school, gotta blame school for all my problems). Fun as hell to kick back time, but don't listen to me play unless you want an earbleed. I'm trying to play the Bass line from "Only in Dreams" by Weezer, since it's pretty simple, not to say I can play it but I'm getting there.
I'm obsessed with Ali G. I've never seen someone stay in character so well.
Stolen from the journal of Virgin4life (I'll link it when I remember how to do so), I find this hilarious "My new English teacher just spent 20 minutes today telling us about how he lost his virginity at the stones concert… at which point i interrupted and said ‘that reminds me of the time I never lost my virginity’ – the class was silent for the next 40 seconds".
I've noticed this pattern that girlfriends seem to find that I'm too anal and selective when it comes to music. I've decided that there's nothing wrong with me, there's something wrong with them.
Usualy, I make an effort not to talk to anyone in my classes, or I'd be too distracted. So I decided to be less of a jerk and talk to people, and now this one girl feeds me chocolate every class. Pretty sweet deal.
Something I've learned lately: All Asian stereotypes are true. Just try and prove me wrong.
On a final note, America: The Book is a must read for anyone with a slight love for satire.
Peace out cub scouts! |

Completely true,
So, the other day I was waiting in line to go to Rush for Samantha's Bday. It was raining out so the bouncer gave me an umbrella to hold. Two girls huddled under my umbrella and started telling me how they were looking forward to making out with black guys at the bar. I thought 'Wow, wanting to make out with someone based on ethnicity'. I suddenly lost interest in talking to them. So I decided to fuck around with them. So I said 'Well, I personaly like Asian guys best'. They kinda stared at me blankly for a moment. I don't think they ever caught on that I was joking....we all know that Scandinavian men are the bomb at tongue wrestling! |

1.Would you like an update on my life? 2.Would you like to know what's tearing me up inside? 3.What I'm so happy about? 4.What my relationship woes are? 5.All my sexual encounters and desires?
Answers: 1.I don't work for the next 3 weeks. My hair is now red. Chinh took off to Vietnam for a month. 2.It's all good in the hood. 3.I DON'T WORK FOR 3 WEEKS!! BOOYA! 4.See third sentence of Answer #1. 5.Fuck you guys. Like I'd write that here!
Yeah, I've kinda lost great interest in writing as often in my journal. I just don't care that much to let you know what's going on in my life. Sorry. But don't worry; from time to time I'll throw something on here. Like what's pissing me off, or if something absolutely amazing occurs. Like if I saw a duck wearing pants or something, you'll all be the firsts to know that! Then again, I'll probably be bored during these 3 weeks off so I'll just contradict myself and start writing more often. Anyhoom, Toodles!

It rained every single day. Spent more times in our tents than outside. Biggest mistake I made was bringing a tent instead of a fucking Arc. To top it off my car battery died twice. But still, a wonderful trip. Soooo many stories. Sooooo lazy to write them.
Maybe I'll write more next time if I got the energy.

| | Radiohead- Pyramid Song | ] | So I come home tonight to discover that my family has gone crazy for soy products. Deffinitely not like we're vegetarians or anything. The fridge is loaded with soy chocolate milk, soy cheese and soy yogourt. I didn't even know my mom knew about this stuff. Very weird. It was like I had accidentaly walked into the wrong house. Or a Bizzaro world for that matter.
Tonight, worked till 11, then got some lychee jelly drinks w/Chinh. We proceeded to watch the thunderstorm and listen to the off and on pouring rain for 3 hours down by the river, very nice time. Rain is so relaxing and soothing. Makes me feel so comfortable when I'm lying in bed. Though now it's done and have nothing to make me fall asleep. Time to hit the old Nyquil! BAH!
And so life goes on........must kill certain person, or yell at him...or just let it be.......haven't quite decided yet.

If I were to write out a list on here of everthing I've fucked up since about 5 years ago, I'd be stuck here writing all night. It would probably make for a good novel (And I'm sure some of you reading this would gladly help me with this list). That's about as personal as I'm going to get on this journal.
I think I'll lighten the mood by writing about some movies I've seen lately.
Kill Bill Vol. 2: Uma gets pissed off and kills people. (8 out of 10)
Punisher: The Punisher gets pissed off and kills people. (6.5 out of 10)

Since my parents are currently gone, nothing can be wrong. Booya to that. Had a party on Saturday, which I will go on the record to say that it was by far the best party I have ever had at my house. No issues occured, and we even had a band play at my house. Well, it was my brother's band but they were still pretty decent. Good times all around!! Sunday, saw Starsky and Hutch with Chin, pretty decent movie, and then went to the good old milk bar for about 3 and half hours. That girl can talk, but many good conversations. Oddly, that conversation brought back some past feelings I haven't felt in eons. Not good feelings neither. I remembered why I was so mad at you. But you'll continue to draw a happy face on the situation. (Don't mind those last two lines) And mon and tues have been mostly school related.
And there ya have it!

Her suggestion was.......WRITE SOMETHING YA SLOUCH.. or something like that...or maybe that was never said. So you all get the pleasure of having a recap of my night.
And a good night it was. Mainly another saturday at the Loop. Good music as always. Fun time dancing. Ran into this guy from high school that I had not seen in eons. His has these asstastic dreadlocks that I'm uberly jealous of. Good for him I say! And ran into Shannon, a long time no see for her as well. After being boogied out, Me, Jeff, Chin and Sarah went to the Pita Pit where we exchanged words over a feast of Pitas and Grapefruit juice. And then later on, Jeff and I had one of our "Life" talks (as I like to dub it). So all in all, a very pleasing night. Tommorow will be dedicated to a fucking research paper that I'm sure I'll prolly put off to Monday, good old procrastination. And then my parents take off for a week next Saturday. Yay for me. .............I feel like Chicken Wings. Good Bye
